Roy Chandra is the Principal of K Group Legal Services Pty Ltd. Roy has worked for many years in the areas of Immigration Law, Family Law, Commercial Law, Property Law and Conveyancing.
Roy Chandra commenced his legal career by volunteering at Community Legal Centre. His experience of working in Australian construction and retail industry enabled him developing a keen understanding of how small businesses operate and flourish in challenging times. It is these combinations of truly diverse skills and experiences uniquely placed him to provide quality legal services to his clients.
Roy has significant experience in assisting clients in complex immigration and appeal matters, defending matters at the Court, negotiating commercial and retail lease, acting in franchise dispute matter. Roy has also vast experience in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing matters and his extensive knowledge in Australian Contract law means that he could confidently deal with commercial dispute matter, and represent clients in negotiating complex contracts.
Roy has a particular focus on family law and acknowledges that family law cases have profound implications on the lives of his clients. This is why he works hard with a strong attention to detail.
